The event is now live in TCG+. If you do not have access but believe you should, email us immediately at support@theboosterbox.gg to resolve this issue. Do not wait. The longer you wait, the less likely we'll be able to resolve any issues.
Q: When will prizing ship for the Dec 21st event?
A: Normally we strive to get prizing out within one week of a premium Bandai event. However, due to Christmas, New Years, and the logistics of receiving extra participation booster packs for this event (plus repackaging all 1024+ prize kits with those packs), we ask that you give us a couple of extra weeks to get everything in the mail. If you have not received tracking information by January 12th, please email us at events@theboosterbox.gg.
Q: What will the extra booster pack be?
A: Sorry, we're still not certain! It depends what Bandai has in stock. :)

A: Saturday, December 21st, 2024.
Q: I signed up for the November 23rd Treasure Cup. Do I need to sign up again?
A: Check to see if your Bandai TCG+ number is on this list. If you see your number, you don't need to do anything. If you don't but should, email us at support@theboosterbox.gg.
Q: I requested a refund for the November 23rd event. Am I in this event?
A: No. If you would like to join this event, you will need to purchase a ticket here.
Q: You didn't pick the date I wanted. I demand a refund!
A: No problem, email us at support@theboosterbox.gg with your order number and we'll take care of you.
Q: What is the legality of this event?
A: Unlike the original November 23rd event, OP09 IS LEGAL for this event! Yes, you can play OP09 cards.
Q: How can I submit a new decklist?
A: With the Bandai TCG+ app like before.
Q: When are decklists due?
A: December 20th, 9 PM EST - no exceptions. Anyone without a decklist at 9 PM EST will be dropped without a refund or participation prizing.
Q: Can I edit my decklist?
A: Not after the deadline. Before the deadline, submit a new list on TCG+. The latest will be used.
Q: Will there be a waitlist for this event?
A: Yes via Tixr.
Q: Will there by last minute tickets for sale the day of?
A: Possibly but we will not know until after players are dropped for missing the decklist deadline.
Q: When will prizes be shipped?
A: We try to ship prizes on the Wednesday after the event, but please note that due to the proximity to Christmas, it may take longer than normal.
Q. How will I be notified about my prizes?
A. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your prizes have been shipped.
Q. What happens if my prizes don’t arrive?
A. If your prizes do not arrive or are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with your shipping information. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Be sure to report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
Q: Why don't I see the event in my app?
A: If you have not requested a refund, you should see yourself in the app within 12ish hours of purchasing your ticket. If you still don't see yourself, email at support@theboosterbox.gg.
Q: What are the participation requirements?
A: If you received a refund, you are not eligible for participation prizes.
If you played in at least one round of the November 23rd event, you are eligible for participation prizes, including one extra booster pack.

What is the Online Treasure Cup?
The Treasure Cup is an online tournament where players compete in the One Piece Card Game for exclusive prizes and ranking. This tournament is an official Bandai-sponsored event hosted by specific tournament organizers (TOs).
The Booster Box is one of five "premium" tournament organizers in the North American region, which also includes Pro Play Games, Play!TCG, and others.
Players compete online via web cam using our Event Discord. Note: Our Event Discord is different from our store Discord.
