At The Booster Box, we want to ensure our customers have a clear understanding of our return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return.
Return Eligibility

Sealed Products Only:
We accept returns only on sealed products that remain in their original, manufacturer-provided packaging. Packaging must be unopened, untampered with, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return.
Restocking Fee Policy
Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee to account for the labor and logistics required to accurately reintegrate products into our inventory system.
Restocking Fee Structure

A restocking fee of $25 per 5 pounds of returned product will be applied.

Fees are calculated based on the total shipping weight of the returned items.

Partial weight increments are rounded up to the nearest 5-pound tier.
Examples:

1–5 lbs → $25

6–10 lbs → $50

11–15 lbs → $75
Why a Restocking Fee Is Required
Processing returns involves significantly more operational effort than outbound fulfillment. This fee helps offset costs associated with:

Receiving and inspecting returned merchandise

Verifying product condition and seal integrity

Reconciling inventory to maintain accuracy and availability

Re-labeling, re-packing, and re-shelving products

Managing warehouse handling and shipping logistics
These steps are essential to maintaining fair access to inventory, especially for sealed, limited, or high-demand products.
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total once the return is received and approved.
Return Shipping

Buyer’s Responsibility:
All return shipments must be sent at the buyer’s expense. -
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

The Booster Box is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at
support@theboosterbox.gg with your order details.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Refund Processing

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 7–10 business days after inspection for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations

Opened or Damaged Products:
Products that have been opened, unsealed, altered, or are no longer in original manufacturer-provided packaging are not eligible for a refund. -
Products Damaged During Transit:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products damaged during shipping. We do not ship damaged products. Once an order leaves our store, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
Customers concerned about transit damage are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance through their carrier and must pursue claims directly with them.
