At The Booster Box, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our refund policy carefully for details on returning products.

Return Eligibility

Sealed Products: We accept returns on sealed products that remain in the original manufacturer-provided packaging. The packaging must be unopened and untampered to qualify for a return.

Return Shipping

Buyer’s Responsibility: All return shipments must be sent at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@theboosterbox.gg with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the product back.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the product has been inspected and approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

Opened or Damaged Products: Products that have been opened or are no longer in their original manufacturer-provided packaging are not eligible for a refund.
