• Responsibility for Shipped Items: Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the chosen shipping service. We are not liable for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages after they leave our store. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend selecting tracking and/or insurance options, particularly for high-value items.

The Booster Box Preorder Policy
At The Booster Box, we are committed to providing the best possible experience when it comes to securing your preorders. We understand how exciting it is to be among the first to receive new releases, and we do everything in our power to fulfill all preorders as promised. However, since we rely on our distributors and manufacturers, there may be times when we are unable to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond our control.
Preorder Fulfillment
• While we work diligently with our partners to secure inventory, there may be occasions when we cannot fulfill a preorder. In the rare event that we need to cancel your preorder, rest assured that you will receive a full refund for the unfulfilled product.
Preorder Cancellations
• Cancellation Window: We accept cancellations on preordered products up to two weeks prior to the manufacturer’s published release date. If you need to cancel your preorder, please contact us before this cutoff date.
• Late Cancellation Policy: Any refund request made after the two-week cutoff window will not be honored. By this point, we will have committed the funds to secure the product based on your request, and as such, we are unable to offer a refund after that time.

Return Eligibility
• Sealed Products: We accept returns on sealed products that remain in the original manufacturer-provided packaging. The packaging must be unopened and untampered to qualify for a return.
Return Shipping
• Buyer’s Responsibility: All return shipments must be sent at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.
How to Request a Return
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@theboosterbox.gg with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the product back.
Refund Processing
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the product has been inspected and approved.
Non-Refundable Situations
• Opened or Damaged Products: Products that have been opened or are no longer in their original manufacturer-provided packaging are not eligible for a refund.
• Products Damaged During Transit: We do not accept returns on sealed products that have been damaged as a result of shipping. We encourage customers concerned with possible damage from transit to purchase insurance from their shipping provider as we will not refund or replace products that have arrive damaged. We do not ship damaged products. Once your order has left our store, it is the responsibility of the shipping service selected and any damage must be taken up with them.
