Shipping Policy – The Booster Box

Thank you for shopping with The Booster Box! Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed Sunday through Tuesday or on holidays will begin processing during the next available 3–5 business day processing window.

During high-volume periods, such as new product releases, preorders, or major sales, processing times may be longer.

Preorders

Preorder items will ship on or after the official release date of the product.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items become available, unless separate shipping is requested and paid for by the customer.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

USPS operates on a regular pickup schedule in our area of Virginia Beach. During large product releases or high-volume periods, USPS may delay scanning packages until they reach the next processing facility. This may cause tracking updates to appear later than expected.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. The Booster Box is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, The Booster Box is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim if necessary.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and its contents so we can assist you.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, The Booster Box reserves the right to cancel or refund orders that appear suspicious or cannot be verified. Orders flagged by our payment processor may require additional verification before shipping.
